These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WE88APK and form the binding legal agreement between you and the platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. WE88APK will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to secure their account.
It is the player's responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers. WE88APK does not make representations regarding local gambling laws.
WE88APK reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and WE88APK (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://we88apk.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereunder.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the WE88APK platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. WE88APK operates as an online gaming and sports betting service designed primarily for players in Malaysia and accessible via the English-language interface described herein.
Important: These Terms apply to all users regardless of their location. It remains the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

WE88APK reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any time. Any Account found to be held by a player under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Each Player may register only one Account on WE88APK. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, their full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and contact number. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension without refund.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, or at WE88APK's discretion at any other time, Players will be required to complete identity verification by submitting the following documentation:
WE88APK will endeavour to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Players must not share Account credentials with any third party. WE88APK will not be held liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to an Account where such access results from the Player's failure to safeguard their login credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to WE88APK support immediately via live chat.
WE88APK accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are denominated in MYR with no currency conversion charges applied by WE88APK.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated periodically. Players are advised to confirm the applicable minimums at the time of each transaction.
WE88APK aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for standard withdrawal amounts via DuitNow and FPX. Larger amounts or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment instruments held in the same name as the registered Account holder.
WE88APK is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that is suspected to relate to money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity. All suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Note for Malaysian Players: All deposits must originate from accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
All bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes offered by WE88APK are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion and incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated for each promotion. For example, a wagering requirement of x15 on a MYR 100 bonus requires total bets of MYR 1,500 to be placed before withdrawal is permitted.
Whilst a Player has an active bonus balance, the maximum permitted bet per game round or sports selection is MYR 250, unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the rollover total. Live casino games, table games (including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette), and sports betting wagers may contribute at reduced rates, typically between 10% and 30%, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of crediting. Common validity windows are 7, 14, or 30 calendar days. Upon expiry, any unconverted bonus balance and associated pending winnings will be removed from the Account without compensation.
WE88APK reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings derived therefrom, and take further action (including Account suspension) where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy rollover with minimal risk, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose.
All bets are accepted subject to WE88APK's right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where system errors, manifest odds errors, or suspicious betting patterns are detected. Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are advised to review all bet details prior to confirmation.
WE88APK reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of a manifest error, including incorrect odds caused by pricing feeds, system errors, or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
In-play betting and Mix Parlay selections are subject to specific rules published on the sportsbook section of the Platform. For Mix Parlay bets — a popular format among Malaysian football bettors — all individual selections must win for the combined bet to pay out. A single void selection within a Mix Parlay may be treated as a single leg reduction in accordance with the published sportsbook rules.
All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the outcome of live game play under the procedures established by the relevant game provider. WE88APK makes no warranty regarding the frequency of wins and all games carry an inherent house edge.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the WE88APK platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting WE88APK customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Unconverted bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
WE88APK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure by WE88APK for cause, real-money deposits may be returned to the originating payment source at WE88APK's discretion, but bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be permanently forfeited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WE88APK, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.
WE88APK does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance periods and unplanned outages may occur; WE88APK will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, WE88APK's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall WE88APK's aggregate liability exceed the total value of bets placed by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
WE88APK processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during the registration, KYC, and transaction process is used for the purposes of account administration, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and where consent has been provided, marketing communications. WE88APK does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the provision of its Services.

WE88APK reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, WE88APK will endeavour to provide notice through the Platform (such as an on-screen notification or email to the registered address) at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://we88apk.cam/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WE88APK holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to WE88APK's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support in writing via the live chat facility.
WE88APK aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within that timeframe, the matter may be escalated to the competent regulatory authority under WE88APK's licence in accordance with that authority's procedures.
Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
